SMS terms

Updated October 16, 2026.

Today

Today our appointments are booked on Booksy, and Booksy sends its own reminders under its own terms. The terms below cover the text messages sent by N3F1’s own booking system as it is introduced.

What we send

N3F1 Barbershop sends text messages about your visits to the shop: one-time sign-in codes, appointment confirmations, reminders and changes, your turn on the walk-in list, and payment links and receipts.

How you sign up

We ask for your agreement first: on our booking or walk-in page you enter your mobile number and tick the box that agrees to these texts. The box is never ticked for you. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything: you can always book in person at the shop instead.

Promotions

Promotional texts, such as offers, reminders to book again and requests for a review, are separate. We send them only if you tick the separate promotions box, which is optional, and you can change your mind at any time.

How often

Message frequency varies with your appointments; usually it is a few messages per visit.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. N3F1 does not charge for texts.

Stop and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop every text from N3F1 to your number, including sign-in codes, so after STOP you cannot sign in to book online until you turn texts back on. To turn them back on, reply START; ticking the box on the booking page again is not enough. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Your number

We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Our text provider and the mobile carriers handle your number only to deliver the messages. More in our privacy notice.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a text does not arrive, your appointment still stands; you can check it from the link in an earlier message or ask at the shop.

Changes

We update this page when these rules change and show the date at the top.
